The following cancellation terms apply:
Should you cancel your booking more that 70 days before the arrival date: you forfeit 30% of the property price.
Should you cancel your booking between 69 and 31 days before the arrival date: you forfeit 60% of the property price.
Should you cancel your booking 30 days or less before the arrival date: you forfeit 100% of the property price.
Changeover day
Changeover days flexible during the whole week.
Your check in time is not before 4 pm.
Your check out time is not after 10 am.

Bed sheets and towels are provided. For stays longer than a week, there is a change of linen every week and of towels twice a week. The final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, and gas) are also included in the price. |

Outside
The outside is spacious, well kept and offers a wonderful views. Private pool (10.5m x 5mmin 1m max 2m) with Roman steps, sun terrace to sunbathe as well as grass areas, fruit trees and palms. The sun beds invite you to sunbathe and relax. The charming porch with garden furniture and BBQ is the ideal spot to enjoy pleasant and relaxing evenings.
Coast/Beach
The beach of Porto Cristo (300 m lenght x 30 m width) located near the port is within 10 minutes drive. Other close coves are cala Petita, only accessible on foot, and Cala Murta, at the other end of Porto Cristo.
The beautiful sandy cove Cala Anguila placed in the urbanization of Porto Cristo Novo is only 7 km. away, and Cala Mandia about 8 km away.

Pula Golf (18) Carretera Son Servera - Capdepera, 3km, about 17km away.
Travel
Palma Airport 67 km. Car hire necessary!
From Airport to the villa about 1:15h. driving time.
Distances
Porto Cristo is about 3 km away; it is a natural fishing port with hotels, bars, restaurants and shops. Manacor an inner town is about 12 km. away and offers many shops, restaurants, cafeterias and a bustling weekly market that takes place every Monday morning.
Further details
From Porto Cristo you can take an excursion with the Glass-bottom-boat and travel around the beautiful east coast of Majorca. Its also worth visiting the local natural Caves of Drach and Caves of Hams, both the most visited on the island.

To confirm the booking you need to pay a deposit of 30 % within a week.
The balance has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
