Moro is the perfect holiday base for two families or groups of friends, There are two individual house parts, each for 6 persons with kitchen, dining, lounge and 3 bedrooms.The house is spacious with a covered terrace at the front of the villa, a large pool surrounded by a sun terrace and some lawn areas. There is a covered barbecue area by the pool. The house is completely enclosed and offers large patio areas. It is located in a peaceful area a short drive to the Natural Park Mondragó with several unspoiled sandy beaches, only 3 km. to the charming fishing port Porto Petro and 2.5 to the small traditional villa Alqueria Blanca with some local shops, cafeterias and restaurants.

The following cancellation terms apply:
Should you cancel your booking more that 70 days before the arrival date: you forfeit 30% of the property price.
Should you cancel your booking between 69 and 31 days before the arrival date: you forfeit 60% of the property price.
Should you cancel your booking 30 days or less before the arrival date: you forfeit 100% of the property price.
Changeover day
Changeover Day is flexible during the whole week.
Your check in time is not before 4 pm.
Your check out time is not after 10 am.
We ask you kindly to respect these times.

Bed sheets and towels are provided. For stays longer than a week, there is a change of linen every week and of towels twice a week. The final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, and gas) are also included in the price. |

Notes on accommodation
Availability of cots, high chairs, extra beds for 5€ per night.
The first cot and high chair for free. Needs to be ordered.
Outside
Lovely sun terrace with sun beds around the large private pool (5 x 10m.). There are also lawn areas by the terrace. The covered area by the pool with a brick built barbecue, a sink, a fridge and a table with chairs is the perfect spot to enjoy delicious “alfresco” evening meals. The house has large patio areas and the finca is completely fenced.
Coast/Beach
Moro is only 1,5 km to the Natural Reserve Mondrago with unspoiled sand beaches, where you can a enjoy long walks with the different routes that the park offers.
The tourist resort Cala D’Or with sandy coves and its beautiful marina is about 5 km. away.
The small sandy cove Cala Santanyí is about 6 km. away.
Golf
The 18 holes golf court Vall Dor Golf is about 9 km away.
Travel
Palma Airport about 50 km. Car hire necessary!
From Airport to the Farmhouse about 50 minutes drive.
Distances
The small village S’Alqueria Blanca that is about 2.5km. Offers local shops, some restaurants, cafeterias and banks.
Porto Petro is only 3km. away with restaurants, bars and lovely promenade.
The inner town Santanyí with its bustling weekly market and some art galleries in approx 15 min drive.

In Cala Dor you will find a great offer of restaurants, shops, banks, pubs and nightclubs as well as sporting activities like tennis, bowling, bicycling, diving, sailing and other activities connected with the sea.
Booking notes
To confirm the booking you need to pay a deposit of 30 % within a week.
The balance has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
