The secluded terrace has wonderful views across the valley and the mountains beyond. The village square is only 5 mins walk and is in easy reach of restaurants and shops. The property has recently undergone renovation to a high standard, the decor reflecting traditional Mallorquine style and has central heating and an open fireplace for the cooler months.

Sunny, secluded terrace and small garden. There is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and also sun loungers for those lazy days. There is a small space for parking in the adjacent street.
Coast/Beach
The Port of Soller is 10 mins drive and has a sandy beach, marina and seafood restaurants. Boat excursions also available to nearby coves.
Travel
Palma de Mallorca international airport is approximately 40 minutes by car or taxi. Fornalutx can also ber accessed by a regular train service, terminating at Soller, followed by a taxi.
Distances
The city of Palma is 30 kms away. Soller is 10 mins drive or 30 mins walk through citrus groves.

The house is situated on the edge of the village and has wonderful access to local walks up the valley and into the mountains beyond. It has a slightly elevated location so the views over the village and down the valley from the secluded terrace are beautiful. The small village square is 5 mins walk and has all the main facilities including small supermarket, bank, bars and restaurants. Further amenities are available in nearby Soller where there is a main plaza surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. There is also access from Soller to the beach and port by tram at 2 euros each way.
