Changeover day
We will try to accommodate your requirements dependent on the season, but request that you arrive after 3pm & depart by 10am to allow cleaners access.

The apartment has marble floors & heating/air con with individual room controls, throughout. High quality equipment & soft furnishings have been used as this is our holiday home in the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Outside
Sa Vinya has beautiful Mediterranean style architecture with vibrant colours and a wealth of features. It is accessed through remote control gates and the apartment has its own parking space beneath the building reached by lift. There are two fabulous pools, one of which has a separate pool ideal for small children.
Coast/Beach
There are three lovely beaches within walking distance of Sa Vinya, two of which have excellent facilities including, sun lounger hire, parasols and beach bars. There are numerous others within a short drive.
Golf
Mallorca has numerous golf courses, most of which are within easy reach of Sa Vinya. One of the best & most challenging, the Royal Bendinat Golf Course, adjoins Sa Vinya.
Travel
Palma airport is just 15 mins drive away and whilst all the amenities you may require are within walking distance, competitively priced car hire is available at the airport or locally.
Distances
Sa Vinya is situated 2 mins from the Palma ring road, allowing access to Palma in 10 mins or west to the picturesque port of Andratx in 20 mins.
Further details
Apart from the wealth of shops, restaurants and places of interest, most activities are available locally, including boat charter, windsurfing, water skiing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, cycling, fishing, gym, tennis, horse riding and of course golf.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% secures your booking, with the balance due no later than 4 weeks before arrival. Any damages or breakages will be charged at cost.

Just to say we had a great time in your apartment in Sa Vinya. It would be a good idea if Owners Direct allowed positive feedback on their site so that we could let other potential rentals know how fantastic your apartment is. The position was great with Sun late into the evening and obviously it was equipped to a very high standard. Thanks for the opportunity to use it, hopefully we will do so again. I would be happy to recommend it to any potential clients if you wish. The accommodation and location exceeded our expectations and we would certainly like to return in the future. We loved it so much we would like to know if you have any availability at the end of September - only a few days, doesn't need to be a full week? Got back all OK on Saturday after a very nice relaxing time. Loved the apartment and couldn't believe that for most of the time we were the only ones round the pool. We've stayed in many apartments over the years but yours is without doubt the best!
