Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds (euros are also accepted). All transfer fees to be paid by the renter. From 1 October - 1 March we offer a monthly rate of £1200 for long term lets of 3 months or more. A monthly rate of £1400 for one month lets, please call or email with enquiries.
Changeover day
All bookings are Saturday to Saturday otherwise an additional charge will apply - 10% out of season, 15% during season).
The property is booked from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation.

Bathrooms: Main and guest shower room.
Kitchens: Well-appointed bespoke kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, extractor hood.
Utility Room: Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Room: Spacious living/dining area with sea and garden views. Satellite TV free view.
All beds have been cleaned and are anti allergen treated.

Notes on accommodation
Remote controlled air conditioning/heating throughout. Marble floors throughout and marble tiled bath and shower rooms. TV and DVD player. We regret that the apartment is unsuitable for pets.
Outside
Extensive, private, secure gardens which are beautifully landscaped. Large swimming pool with childrens area. Two entrances to the apartments ensure easy access to both the port and the village of Portals Nous. Access to the apartments is wheelchair friendly.
Coast/Beach
There is a beautiful sandy beach within a few hundred yards. the beach is a pretty small cove and is accessed on the flat. There are NO steps or hills to navigate down to the beach.
Golf
Mallorca has many golf courses, many within a few minutes drive.The spectacular Royal Bendinat Golf Course is five minutes away by car. This 18 hole par 70 golf course is a challenging, undulating 5,660 metre woodland course incorporating a driving range and excellent facilities.
Travel
Palma airport is 15 minutes by car. A car is not essential as Puerto Portals and the village of Portals Nous provide every amenity. However, car hire can be arranged by contacting us for those who wish to explore the island. A taxi rank is close by and bus stops for access to Palma or other beach resorts.

These superb apartments are ideal for families or adult groups who wish to be in the heart of this prestigious marina and also for those looking for luxury accommodation in a peaceful and tranquil setting. Local activities include swimming, scuba diving, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing and water skiing. There is an internet cafe, car hire office and beautician within 100 metres of the appartments. Winter or summer, this is a paradise hideaway with handy access to the social and cultural hub of Mallorca.
Booking notes
Payment by cheque or bank transfer 6 weeks prior to arrival. All payments in £ sterling. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. A breakages deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is payable and is refundable in full subject to there being no damages or breakages. Please note that this figure is increased to 50% if children under the age of 16 are in the properties.

Fantastic stay and the port is a great place to sit and people watch. Very cosmopolitan and chic. We had lots of sunshine and the beach is a suntrap. Mr and Mrs Haye.
