This 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the desirable centre of Puerto Portals, Mallorca. The private gated complex is conveniently placed with direct access onto the Port via the electric gate in the beautifully maintained garden. The De Mar complex offers an excellent communal swimming pool suitable for all ages, 2 lifts and excellent access for wheelchairs and push chairs. The apartment is on the third floor and boasts fabulous views of the pool, gardens, marina and out to the Mediterranean sea. The wonderful sandy beach of Portals is a 2 minute stroll away. There are also a number of fabulous golf courses within a short drive from the complex.

Notes on accommodation
Very safe and secure apartments within a lovely community. Suitable for all age groups. The pool has a shallow area for infants. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach and 5 minutes walk away from Marineland. No pets allowed.
Accessibility
The complex has been equipped to provide excellent access for wheelchairs and push chairs. It has 2 lifts to both front and rear entrances.
Outside
Excellent communal pool, heated during the colder months. The pool has a full time life guard during the summer months. Beautifully maintained gardens.
Coast/Beach
Portals offers 2 golden sandy beaches, both within a few minutes walk at both ends of the port, with the magnificent marina situated in the middle with its fantastic array of yachts and boats. There is a local tennis club on the beach (near to Marineland) this particular beach has a water slide great for entertaining the children!
Golf
Royal Golf Bendinat is 3-4 minutes away by car.
Santa Ponsa Golf Courses are 10 minutes away by car.
Travel
Palma Airport is 15 minutes away by car.
Palma Nova is 10 minutes away by car.
Although a car is not essential it is recommended to explore the beautiful island of Mallorca.
Distances
If you just want to stay within Portals then no car is needed. The supermarket is 2-3 minutes walk. The village of Portals is 5 minutes walk, here you will find shops, restaurants, pubs, banks a pharmacy and all that you will require. Less than 1 minute outside of the apartment complex is the vibrant, fashionable, bustling and popular Marina Portals with boutique designer shops, excellent restaurants and great bars. Marineland is a short walk away which is a great family day out.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 20% deposit is taken to secure all bookings. A further £200 damage deposit is also required before arrival and will be refunded after departure and inspection carried out. Full payment is the required 6 weeks before arrival. All prices include full clean as well as bed linen and beach towel wash to save guests the time and effort of doing so upon departure.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
It has been a dream of ours to own an apartment here in Puerto Portals for a number of years, and in June 2011 we achieved this and bought our beautiful 3 bed apartment. Although we bought it fully furnished over the next 12 months we will be decorating and furnishing it so it feels more like home. We like to spend as much time as possible in Mallorca as we love the easy way of life, sun, sea and of course the food and drink!!
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is just 2 minutes walk from the beach, and quite literally on the doorstep of the fabulous Marina Portals. If its the sun, sea and great selection of restaurants and bars that your after this is the place to be.
