Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (new in 2007). Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. There is also a single put you up stored under one of the beds. All mattresses are new in 2007.
Bathrooms: Separate bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath, basin.
Kitchen: Electric cooker, microwave [new], refridgerator + small freezer [new].
Living Rooms: Lounge with sea views, 2 separate chairs a 2 seater sofa. Dining table, 4 chairs. CD player/radio. Free to Air TV, for BBC TV & Radio and selective Sky channels. Also now DVD player.
Other: Terrace with table and 4 chairs and barbeque + built in chimney.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and Linen provided and changed day 7 if two week rental. Bathing pool towels not provided. Apartment fully cleaned etc.

Mahon airport to apartment 20/25 minutes, by car.
Car hire very much recommended, very restricted otherwise.

Fornells approx 8 miles.
Mahon approx 15 miles.
Allior approx 6 miles.

Further details
To the side of our apartment are 2 restaurants (1 cheap, the other expensive) an Irish bar with large Plasma Screen TV (ideal for watching all sport), a supermarket, a diving School and a gift shop (where UK newspapers can be bought).

Bookings taken & confirmed on first come first reserved basis--25% of rental required to secure apartment with return over period up to rental date (return structured so if unable to fufill rental sum deducted from deposit if we can relet). All details from owners.

About the owner
Lis and I live in West Sussex and have 4 grown up children- When we first visited Menorca, we realised how very unspoiled the whole island was and still is today .-We wanted a place in the sun, but it needed to be easy to maintain and access, from UK.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Some fantastic beaches and the one golf course on Menorca are very close by - also Fornells for boating & good restaurants. The capital Mahon and its delightful long harbour which simply bristles with restaurants and the airport, are only 20 minutes by car. The island has a wealth of fascinating history from pre historic times through the Muslim period upto to the British and French periods of occupation - testament to this is very apparent in towers and fortifications and well documented in the fascinating museums. There is always something to explore if the tanning and swimming begin to lose appeal!

Unique benefits of the property
We adore the sea view and marvel at the sea's changing moods. as we breakfast on our balcony. We have a small but very well stocked supermarket 2 minutes walk away and 2 brilliant restaurant. The large shared pool is invariably under utilised and ideal for adults and children alike and unlike most other properties, one can or sit out on the lawns and even find shade from one of the willow trees-A place for a relaxing holiday for sure.
