Spacious apartment in a peaceful place in the town of Paguera. With three large beaches in it, tens of restaurants, pubs and shops, Paguera is one of most popular places in Mallorca to enjoy their holidays for English and German people. The apartment is located at twenty meters of a supermarket, a kilometer of a golf course, three hundred meters of Cala Fornells and six hundred meters far from the first beach of the town. You could go walking to the beach trough a nice boulevard.

Accessibility
The apartment have not elevator. If you want to buy supplies, you must not go by car. The supermarket is at twenty meters from the door of the building.
Outside
Near the door of the building, there is the private parking.
Coast/Beach
Paguera has three large beaches. The first one is at 15 minutes walking across the boulevard, the second at twenty minutes and the third at thirty.
But if you prefer peace and quiet, you can go to Cala Fornells. It is at 10 minutes from the apartment, but if you continues walking near the coast direction to Camp de Mar, you can find many creeks or small beaches frequented by local people.
Golf
There are a golf course at one kilometer. Is property of the hotel Dorint Royal Golfres or & Spa Camp de Mar. If you rent a car, you can go to Santa Ponça, where there are an other golf course.

In Paguera there are a tourist information office where you can carry out all type of activities.
Travel
Sincerely, Mallorca's public transport is not nice. We recommend to you to rent a car. By car, you can go to the best beach in the island. It is Es Trenc, and is at forty minutes from the apartment by car.
Distances
Palma the capital of the island, is at twenty minutes by car from Paguera.
Es Trenc beach, at forty. Soller at an hour, but we recommend to go to Palma and take the wooden train to Soller. The airport is at twenty five minutes by car.
Further details
At five kilometers there is Puerto de Andratx, where you can dinner in restaurants frequented by celebrities as the Spain's king or Elton John. The same occurs in Puerto Portals, located at ten kilometers from Paguera.
