A modern 3 bedroom villa at the end of a cul-de-sac. This Spanish villa is 3 roads back from the sea front promenade, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday on Menorca. With amenities and the beautiful beach of Punta Prima a short stroll away. The villa is a smart 3 bedroom villa with a pool and heater for the colder months. The villa is on 2 levels and is set in an enclosed garden with space to park a car. The terraces of the villa can be accessed both from the patio doors from the lounge/dinner with a separate door leading from the kitchen. The pool and terraces are bordered with flowering shrubs which add a splash of colour. The ground floor has a lounge/dinner, separate kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms with a bathroom and shower room adjacent. Upstairs the villa has a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Doors open out onto a spacious partially covered terrace which over looks the pool and surrounding area.

Notes on prices
Saturday to Saturday is changeover day, other changeover days are possible. A 20% deposit is required on reservation with the balance paid 10 weeks before arrival. A charge is made if a cot are high chair are required. Beach towels are not provided. There will be and extra charge for the use of the pool heater, air conditioning and heating at the cost of 75euros for each item per week. The price and dates for Christmas and New Year is 23/12/11 - 6/1/12 is £210 per night. The price for Easter week is the same as low season.
A full clean and clean linen and towels are provided once a week, with a towel change mid week and also a clean of the bathrooms and kitchen. Extra cleaning services can be provided.

Location Information: Punta Prima is situated on the south east of Menorca, with a beautiful sandy beach which is very safe for children. It is in easy reach of Sant Lluis and Mahon the Capital of Menorca. Close by is the beach of Binibeca which you can get to using a tourist train that travels along the lovely south coast. Binibeca has a diving centre as does the nearby resort of S'Algar. Punta Prima is only 15 minutes from the airport where it is very easy to either hire a car or take a taxi which is about 20 Euro. There are very good public transport services from Punta Prima into Sant Lluis and Mahon which run from May to October. Punta Prima beach has many restaurants and supermarkets also a street market twice a week. The fiesta's of Punta Prima are around the 12th August when all the village gets together to celebrate with activities for the children, street dancing to bands and fireworks to celebrate the end. Many families return year after year to enjoy their holidays in Punta Prima.
