This pretty finca with guesthouse is the perfect holiday retreat. Set in mature gardens it has great outside space with a large sized swimming pool and gazebo. Inside the fincas are decorated with a rustic charm that is synonymous with Ibiza. It is well located with local beaches close by and within a short drive to the pretty village of Santa Gertrudis which has great restaurants and shopping.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday although there may be some flexibility subject to availability. Arrival not before 4pm (luggage may be left at house by prior arrangement). Departure at 10.30am.

| Kitchen: | Main finca has oven with electric hob, fridge and dishwasher. Additional large fridge and freezer in pump room at the back of the house. Guesthouse has gas hob, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Additional outdoor fridge in gazebo near swimming pool. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and dryer in guesthouse. Washing and ironing done on request. |
| Living Rooms: | Main finca has comfortable sitting room with TV, DVD and Stereo plus dining room with table that sits 8 maximum. Guesthouse has seating area in kitchen with large Television in one of the bedrooms. Portable stereo provided for pool area. |

Linen and towels changed once a week. Pool towels provided. Mid-week clean and pool maintenance included. Additional cleaning and laundry provided on request. |

Notes on accommodation
Perfect location for one or two families or a small group of friends.
Accessibility
Access to main finca which is all on one level however different levels of guesthouse could prove problematic.
Outside
The houses are set in a private garden surrounded by mature, fruit baring trees, bougainvillea, jasmine and honeysuckle. Both share a large private swimming pool overlooked by the gazebo which is the perfect place for outside dining. Sunbeds, hammock and Bali bed are all places to lie back and relax. Set in the countryside in the north of the island it affords you total privacy but is still within easy reach of local restaurants and amenities.
Coast/Beach
San Miguel has a local beach 5 minutes away however most prefer the beach at Benirras which is a 15 minute drive. It has good beachside restaurants and is a perfect place to watch the sunset with your cocktail. Children can rent pedalos and enjoy drinks from the fresh fruit juice bar. There are many beaches to discover in the north of the island or alternatively head down to the southern beaches such as Cala Jondal or Salinas which are a 25 minute drive away.

Travel
Ibiza has one airport which is a 20 minute from the house. Meet and great at the airport. Car hire essential. Ferries can be caught to the beautiful island of Formentera from the port in Ibiza Town. Private boats, yachts and sailing boats plus watersports facilities can be arranged in advance of arrival. Please contact owner.
Distances
San Miguel is a 5 minute drive from the house and has a good local supermarket with butcher. Santa Gertrudis is a slightly further drive of about 8 minutes (in the opposite direction) with 2 larger supermarkets (longer opening hours), a helpful pharmacy and local newsagent with international papers. It is a great place to go for dinner, lunch or breakfast with a great variety of restaurants and good boutique shops.
Further details
ATMs can be found in both San Miguel and Santa Gertrudis. Most restaurants take Credit and Debit cards along with supermarkets (take ID for cashier). Riding stables, Go-Carting and pilates studio are all local. Private yacht and boat charters can be organised in advance. Massage, reflexology and yoga can all be arranged at the house. Please also contact owner with regards to babysitting facilities.
Booking notes
50% deposit to be paid at time of booking. Final 50% to be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival. Deposit of 750 Euros held for breakages and returned immediately on return (subject to no damage). Fridge may be stocked on request prior to arrival.
