Family Friendly. The villa is situated in a small exclusive community with security gates. Travel Cot and High Chair available for hire.
Outside
2 large terraces and pool area at the front of the property enjoy all day sunshine.
Perfect for alfresco dining. There is a BBQ and outside dining table for 8 people.The garden is private and there is a lawned area.
Coast/Beach
Illetes beach is 10 minutes walk away. Cala Contesa is 10 minutes walk away. Portals Nous Beach is approx 15 minutes walk. cala Major is 5 minutes by car.
Golf
The villa backs into the Royal Bendinat Golf Course.
There are 3 courses in Santa Ponsa which are a 10 minutes drive away. Son Vida Golf Course is only 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Palma Airport is 20 minutes away and the Car Ferry arrives at Porto Pi which is 15 minutes away.
Distances
The villa is in Bendinat which has its own restaurants, bars and a Supermarket. Portals Nous is a 10 minute walk with more restaurants, shops, banks etc.
Booking notes
a 50% deposit is required to secure booking dates and the final amount is payable 4 weeks prior to departure. we take Visa and masterCard too.
A damage deposit of 500 euros is required at final payment stage but fully refundable.
