Our villa has a completely modernised kitchen, bath and shower rooms. It is situated in a quiet residential area on the south of the Island. 4 km to Airport, 2 km to local village and amenities. The Roman ended pool is 30ft by 14ft and has underwater night lighting and is in a pleasant garden setting (The pool area is now gated).

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday. Usually dep by 10.00 and arr after 15.00. Depending on circumstances other arrangements may be made by prior agreement.

On arrival you will find freshly made up beds and clean towels. Cot/linen and high chair by arrangement. A 2 week booking includes a mid stay clean, linen towel change. Pool and beach towels not included. |

Outside
The villa is set in gardens with wild olive trees, oleanders and setos bushes with large patio and grass areas for ball games. Sunloungers, parasol, table and chairs supplied.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 4km away but, there are many splendid beaches within an easy drive away. The capital Mahon is only 10 minutes away, with its beautiful harbour, quaint back streets and large variety of restaurants and bars.
Travel
Airport is 4km away. Car hire is essential, although the Mahon to Cala'n Porter bus service stops at the entrance to the estate.
Distances
The local village is 2km away where there are banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants. 4km away is the busy resort Cala'n Porter with beach, disco's, clubs and pubs and the Caves d'en Xoroi etc.
Further details
The Casino Bar in Sant Clement has a live Jazz club at least once a week, usually on a Tuesday. The caves d'en Xoroi in Cala'n Porter are a Tourist atraction during the day and a night club at night.
Booking notes
20% payable on booking. An inventory deposit will be charged at £200, payable with balance 8 weeks before departure. This is charged to cover any costs due to loss or damage. The amount is fully refundable on housekeepers report.
