The villa is set on a quiet rural hillside with beautiful views to Isla Coneiera in the distance; the sunsets over San Antonio bay are unrivalled. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) on the main floor and a self contained flat on the ground floor comprising a twin bedroom, living area and bathroom. The bedrooms and the living room all have air conditioning. The covered terrace is perfect for eating under and there are a further 3 terraces for sunbathing. The living room french windows open onto the secluded pool and it's terrace. There is an extensive mature garden containing Olive, Orange, Lemon, Apricot and Almond trees. There is a local bar within a 5 minute walk and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. The villa is located between St Raphael and San Antonio so is ideally placed for enjoying all that the island has to offer.

Notes on accommodation
There is an outdoor shower by the pool for added convenience. The air conditioning is on a timer and is available from early evening until morning.
Children over 12 are more than welcome but please note that the pool is from 3 foot to 8 foot deep and shelves steeply, making it less suitable for weak or non-swimmers.
There is a DVD player so don't forget to bring your own films and CDs.

Outside
The pool is approximately 5 metres square, with far reaching views from the poolside terrace. There are 6 loungers, a table and chairs are beneath the covered terrace, which is a great place to eat and watch the famed Ibiza sunsets.
There is nearly 1/2 acre of mature gardens with shrubs and fruit trees, including orange, lemon, apricot, almond and olives.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is around a 10 minute drive, water skiing, parascending etc are all available to the south of San Antonio. The beaches to the north of San Antonio tend to be quieter as there are no bus or ferry service from the town centre.
Golf
There is 1 golf course on the island within a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Ibiza airport is approx. 15 kilometers.
Car hire is highly recommended as the villa is in a rural area.
Distances
San Antonio is 4 km.
St Raphael is 4 km.
Ibiza town 12 km.
Further details
There is a local bar just 500 metres down the hill. They do a good breakfast coffee and ensaimada. There is a supermarket within a 10 minute walk or a few minutes by car. Horse riding, cycling and tennis are all available within 20 minutes drive. This villa is currently for sale.
Booking notes
An intial deposit of 25% is needed to secure a booking. There is a security deposit of £500 which is repaid once the villa has been cleaned and the key returned. The balance and security deposit are payable 8 weeks prior to your start date.
