The main house and the villa is 100 yards away. To the front of the main house are a beautiful tropical gardens with lawn. The main house is reached by a long private driveway. It has a large L-shaped terrace, kitchen style cottage, master bedroom tastefully furnished a beautiful formal dining room and many other great features. The Guest Cottage is 5 meters from the house and has 1 bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There is a 10 meters private swimming pool,beside which is a brick barbecue. The villa is located in the bottom of the unit time to the main house. It is in their own plot and has and 9m private pool. There is a lounge style conservatory glazing.

Notes on accommodation
The house is suitable for children, as it is in a peaceful area with a large garden and a pool. It is in a plot of 11000 sq.m. The main house and the guest cottage has air-conditioning from 9-9 (in the night).
Accessibility
A wheelchair can manoeuvre in the downstairs part of the main house without difficulty. Please ask owners for specific details.
Outside
The garden has a many different trees and good private 10 metres (main house) and a further 9 metres (villa), some chairs and umbrella, barbecue, dining terrace and a big courtyard.
Coast/Beach
There are 5 beaches within 1.5 kmts. (Approx. 1 mile) two minutes drive 10 minutes walk. 4 are beautiful and a very clean water and the another is Pto Alcudia beach the biggest in Mallorca. From 4 till 7 kms. we have 3 more beaches.
Golf
There are two golf courses, one in Alcudia (Alcanada golf) 5 minutes by car, another in Pollensa 15 minutes by car.
Travel
The airport is 45 minutes drive. Car hire is not essential. Within 300 yards of the villas there is a bus stop and taxis.
Distances
300 yards from Alcudia Old Town. 2 Kms. from Puerto de Alcudia. 6 Kms. Puerto de Pollensa. 6 Kms. Can Picafort. 10 Kms. Formentor beach. 12 Kms. Pollensa.
Further details
Alcudia has a good selection of restaurants, cafes, in the plaza, good shops, supermarkets, hairdressers and tourist information. On Sunday and Tuesday there is a big market. In same town you can see Pollentia town where there is a Roman settlement.
Booking notes
Non-returnable 30% deposit to guarantee the booking. Final payment 15 days before arrival. 500 euros deposit breakages (returnable assuming no damage to the property). You can book the house and the villa separate or together when you are in a big party.
