The villa is situated at the bottom end of the long drive up to the main house. It stands in its own plot and has a private 9 metre pool. There is a glazed conservatory style lounge with patio doors leading to a sunny terrace. The villa is very private and screened away from the main house.

Changeover day
Changeover day are flexible to provide a choice of overall rental period and availability of flights, except June, July, August and September the changeover day is Saturday. Minimum length of stay is 1 week. Arrival is 3:00pm and departures 10:00am.

Cleaning/towels: The house is fully cleaned before the arrival of guests. Extra cleaning can be arranged by the owners. Towels and linen are changed once a week.

Notes on accommodation
The house is suitable for children, as it is in a peaceful area with a large garden and a pool. It is in a plot of 11000 sq.m.
The house and the guest cottage has an air-conditioning at the bedrooms from 9pm - 9am (for the night)
Accessibility
A wheelchair can manoeuvre in the downstairs part of the main house without difficulty. Please ask owners for specific details.
Outside
The garden has many different trees and a good private 10 metre (Main house) and a further 9 metre pool (villa), some chairs as an umbrella, barbecue, dining terrace.
Coast/Beach
There are 5 beaches within 2 miles (2 minutes drive, 15 minutes walk). Four are small and beautiful and a very clean water and the another is the biggest in Mallorca. Within 4 miles we have Puerto Pollensa beach and from 7 miles Formentor beach.
Golf
There are two golf courses, one in Aucanada (5 minutes drive), another in Pollensa (15 minutes drive).
Travel
The airport is 60 minute drive.
Car hire is not essential. Within 300 metres of the villas there is a bus stop and taxis.
Distances
300 metres to Alcudia old town.
2 Kms Puerto Alcudia.
6 Kms. Puesrto Pollensa.
6 Kms. Can Picafort.
10 Kms. Formentor beach.
12 Kms. Pollensa town.
Further details
Alcudia has a good selection of restaurants, cafes in the Plaza, good shopping, supermarkets, hairdressers and tourist information. On Sunday and Tuesday there is a big market. In the same town you can see Pollentia town where there is a roman settlement.
