Living Rooms: Lounge with two three seater sofas, Sky TV, Flat screen telly, Air-con, open fireplace and wooden flooring throughout.

Both towels and linen are included, property is cleaned and sheets changed once a week.

 

Notes on accommodation
Second floor apartment therefore care should be taken with young children on balconies and stairs.

Coast/Beach
Five minutes walk from Alcudia beach, widely regarded as one of the best on the island. And two minutes from marina where there are regular glass bottom boat trips. There is also a public swimming pool just around the corner with bar and sun bathing area.

18 hole championship Golf course at Alcanada 5 minutes drive away.

Travel
Nearest airport Palma approx 45 minutes away £40 - £50 in Taxi for 6. Everything you need is within walking distance of apartment, so car is not essential.

Distances
30 minutes walk from the ancient town of Alcudia which has a fascinating and turbulent history. The Phoenicians and Greeks settled here and the Romans made it their capital in the 2nd century BC. Destroyed by the Vandals in the 6th century it was rebuilt again by the Moors before being liberated by King Jaime I of Spain in the early 1200s. The Spanish sensibly fortified the city; its massive city walls date from this era.

Further details
There is a water park and Go karting a short drive or taxi ride away and some lovely walks. The marina has many nice restaurants and bars, many of which are open all year round. there are markets in the old town on Tuesdays and Sundays and a Sunday market at Pollensa.

20% deposit on placement of booking, balance 8 weeks prior to departure. £100 refundable breakages deposit payable on all bookings. This will be returned immediatly afteryour holiday provided no damage has occured. No all male or female parties.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The apartment is very big (Approx 120 sq m) and could probably take 8-10 people It is in a lovely area just set back from the harbour and is still quite busy all year round, unlike Porto Pollensa Which more or less shuts in winter. We have equiped the apartment to a high level and it has everything nescessary for a long stay in winter or summer.
