Consisting of a main house and adjoining guest cottage,sleeps eight. The main house is all on one level with one double and two twin bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms. All bedrooms feature french windows that open out to the extensive landscaped gardens with oval swimming pool, mature pines, palm trees and a riot of flowers and exotic plants. The large lounge in the main house has an open stone fireplace and leads out to terraces and alfresco dining areas. The charming adjoining guest cottage which is air-conditioned is available at a supplement for larger parties and has a double bedroom and large shower room as well as terraces above looking over the gardens and the mountains beyond. The villa can be rented with or without the cottage. The cottage is only available to guests renting the main villa.

Notes on accommodation
This is not a modern villa, but is a traditional old style Mallorquin property. Our villa is cool and airy with mature trees shielding it from the sun. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for the hotter nights. The adjoining cottage has air-conditioning plus ceiling fan. The cottage will not be let out separately, but is an optional add on for larger groups.
Outside
The beautiful mature secluded gardens are a major feature of this villa with large palms, pines, abundant bourgainvillea and exotic plants. Built at the same time as the villa, the private oval shaped pool is approximately 10x6m, but as with most older style pools, it is deep - 2 metres at the deep end, and approximately 1.3 metres at the shallow end. The pool area gets the sun virtually all day, and has sunbathing areas, large sunshades, and plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The garden is big enough to allow everyone their own private shady spot to read when the sun gets too hot.
Coast/Beach
5kms to the beaches of Puerto Pollenca.
Distances
Less than 1.5kms to the centre of the old town of Pollenca, with its excellent restaurants, shops and market. 5kms to Puerto Pollenca beaches and shops and nightlife.

E-mail Kevin or Barbara. 30% deposit on booking, balance 6 weeks before travelling. £200 deposit added to final payment, returned within 2 weeks of departure from villa if no loss or damage has occurred.
