We are pleased to offer this newly built luxury villa in an urbanisation called Binixica. The house overlooks Menorcan countryside, with fabulous seaviews of the Mediteranean. It is situated in a private location great for quiet family holidays. It has a private pool and a lawned garden The nearest village is approx 5 mins by car. Car is highly recommended.

The nearest airport is Mahon and the house is approx 15 mins from the airport. Car hire I would say is essential

The nearest village is San Clemente which offers a supermarket, a couple of bars, a butchers, a paper shop and a couple of restaurants and a bank
Further details
Binixica is a very quiet residential area so a car would be essential, though there is a bus service which is every hour which takes you to the capital Mahon.
Booking notes
When booking £250,00 deposit per week is required and final balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure or if departure is nearer then full payment would be required. A security deposit of £400 which is refundable should there be no major breakages

I Live in England with my husband. I have 2 grown up children. My husband and I both work and run our own business. One of the villas we are offering we have owned since 1986 and we spent many holidays in Menorca when our children were young. My husband and I still holiday in Menorca and we love it as it is peaceful and safe for families. We have many people that come back year after year.
The house in Binixica is only 6 years old and build to our specification We love it out in Menorca as it is so peaceful.

We had this house built to our specifications the reason we decided on this area as it is so peaceful and residential. Our house overlooks countryside and we have great sea views.
