If you want to experience the real Menorca our house is for you. It is not a sparsely furnished run of the mill holiday home, nor is it in a busy holiday complex. It is a quality built town house of 100 square metres with full sized roof terrace of 50 square metres in a small residential complex of only 22 properties. Ideally situated on the southern part of the island. In San Lluis, a much sought after pretty, small Spanish town with many small local shops. It has a variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The house has a private rear patio, a front lawned area, and a shared pool.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Rental for other than full weeks can be arranged at a pro rata rate. Winter lets may be arranged if required.
Changeover day
Friday is changeover day.but we can be flexable at times
Arrival is 2.00pm but cases may be left if arriving earlier. Departure is 10.00 am. On occasions departure may be later subject to arrangement with the manager.

| Kitchen: | Miele automatic washer. Aeg dishwasher. Aeg fridge freezer. Electric hob with extractor over and grill oven under. Microwave, toaster, various mixers and blenders etc. The cupboards/drawers are fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking uttensils etc. |
| Utility Room: | Should you wish to use them!!. an iron and ironing board are provided, as is a hair dryer. A vacuum cleaner etc is also stored in this large storeage area under the stairs |

Notes on accommodation
Whole house fully double glazed and air conditioned. French windows from kitchen to rear patio and from lounge to front lawned area. The house has been furnished for our use, the superior fixtures and fittings plus the quality of the furniture and beds reflect this.
Outside
Private rear patio with brick built - BBQ. and ample space to dine al fresco or relax. Teak dining table and chairs. Alibert sun chairs. sun parasol. Private roof terrace of fifty square metres with sunloungers table and chairs. Large parasol, outside electric socket, outside light and cold water supply,
Front lawned area. Shared pool approx 100 square metres. Outside shower at the pool area.
Coast/Beach
All southern beaches are within ten minutes drive, as is the holiday resort of S'Algar with paragliding, diving, tennis courts, bowling green etc. Mahon with it's world famous harbour side restaurants only 10 mins drive. Sit and watch the cruise ships and yachts from all over the world.
Es Castel (Villa Carlos) is the same distance away with many harbour side bars and restaurants overlooking the bay of Calas fons and the many small fishing boats.
Golf
Son Parc modern 9 hole golf course with club house and restaurant half an hour by car about fifteen miles.
Travel
Mahon Airport is about ten minutes drive, about 10km.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the island and visiting the many beaches. However San Lluis has a regular bus service to Mahon from which buses go to most parts of the island.
Distances
The house is in San Lluis and all shops and bars are within five minutes walk. a childrens play ground is closebye.next to the park is a working windmill and museum. San Lluis houses several "petanc pistes" like french boules, and also has a large sports centre where many activities can be watched or enjoyed
Further details
There are a few banks in the town and several cash machines.
A large supermarket is only a quarter of a mile away. However San Lluis is well supplied with small shops and all you need can be bought there. La Mola and Fort Marlborough are old military installations open for touring and both are within a quarter of an hours drive away.
Booking notes
A £100 security deposit is payable on booking. This will be returned after your return home when the manager gives me clearance. Full rental must be paid at least eight weeks before your holiday starts. Payments can only be accepted by cheque, bankers draft, or cash.
