Accessibility
The house is not suitable for people with walking problems.
Outside
The secluded sunny terrace is furnished with wooden furniture and sunloungers and enjoys beautiful views to the mountains. It is not overlooked by other houses.
Coast/Beach
A 15 minutes walk or a short drive of 5 minutes takes you down to the delightful rocky bay and beach of Deia with its beachside restaurants. There is a footpath down to the beach.

The nearest golf course is 15 km away.
Travel
Approximately 40 minutes to Palma de Mallorca International Airport. Car hire can be arranged at excellent rates.
