Ground floor villa comprising of three double bedrooms, one ensuite; the property is airy, bright and spacious throughout. Situated on the beach with it's own private garden with immediate individual access to the beach and communal gardens and pool which is situated at the rear of the property. Access to all local amenities are within easy walking distance and these comprise of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars. A car is necessary if one wishes to visit other areas of the island. The local town of 'old town Alcudia' is 8km away and there are many shops and restaurants in the town square. The lovely beach of Playa de Muro is at the bottom of the garden! Just open the gate! Palma is 45 minutes away. Days can be spent sunbathing in the garden and on the beach - swimming in the sea, or visiting other parts of this jewel of an island.

Beautiful lawn garden with stone pathway leading to the little gate with immediate access to the beach. There is a patio area as one steps out of the property with garden furniture which seats six persons comfortably on hot, bright sunny, days.
At the rear of the property there is a communal pool which may be used at any time.
Coast/Beach
Immediate individual access to the beach.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Alcanada. It is called, "The Club de Golf Alcanada." It is 18 holes. It is a short distance from Puerto de Alcudia, all well sign posted.
Travel
Palma airport is 45 minutes away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Old town Alcudia is beautiful and a must see! It is only 8 Km away. There is also the town of La Puebla known in Mallorquin as 'Sa Pobla.' The market takes place each Sunday and we fully recommend it!
Further details
An extra charge will apply for the use of air-conditioning. This must be used in stages i.e. not all rooms at once so as not to overload the power supply.
