Flexible.If it is booked the day before or after, check in will be after 2pm and check out before 10am.Check in between 9pm and 1am and/or check out between 5am and 7:30am will have extra charge of 50 and from 1am to 5am will have extra charge of 100.
Payments must be done in and Ł or $ will be only accepted for the deposit.To confirm the reservation a 25% of the total rental amount is required by bank transfer in and the outstanding 75% is required in cash in on arrival together with a breakages deposit of 600 or Ł500 or $800 also in cash, which is refundable after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment when you leave the apartment. Credit card or PayPal is not accepted. For bookings more than two weeks ask for special discount.

This resort is located in the largest beach of ibiza: Playa dŽen Bossa (Bossa Beach). The apartment is literally on the beach with its own private entrance onto Playa den Bossa beach which is also the most popular in Ibiza Island with lots of watersports, fine restaurants and the most fashionable beach bars including Ushuaïa, Nassau, La Plage, Coco Beach and Bora Bora.
The golf course of Roca Lisa is only 10km away.
How to get there
At 200m is a ferry to Formentera and a boat to Ibiza town. A bus-stop to Ibiza town in front of the building and you can rent a scooter at 50m.
Ibiza Airport only 7 minutes by car. Ibiza town 10 mins by car, 25 mins by ferry.
This property is very close to Ibiza old town and is directly on the beach. It is on the Figueretes side of Ibiza town and is handily placed for the airport, Salinas beach or the Dalt Vila itself. There are many quality restaurants, a variety of bars and without doubt the best nightclubs in the world, all just a short taxi ride away.
