Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred change over day, (flexible). With entry to the property from 3pm and departure time on last day is set at noon.

This fabulous apartment is ideal for families and couples alike who are looking for peace and privacy yet only a 'stones throw' from the resort amenities including the many shops, bars and restaurants and not forgetting the famous Marina of Cala D'Or and the beaches of Cala Egos.

Coast/Beach
Cala D'Or literally means 'Coves of gold' and here you will find many golden sandy beaches the nearest being 'D'es Pou beach' which is around a 5 minute walk from the property.
Golf
For golf enthusiasts there are two nearby golf courses which offer daily rates (subject to handicap being held).
Val D'Or golf is around 15 minutes drive away and the Golf and spa resort 'Club Son Antem' is around a 25 minute drive.
Travel
Cala D'Or is located on the South East coast of the island of Mallorca and the journey time from Palma airport is around 50 minutes.
Distances
Palma City is around 1 hour's drive and boasts fabulous shopping and it's famed cathederal is a must for architectural and cultural lovers.

Booking notes
20% (deposit on reservation with the total balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure.
It is necessary to collect a £200 deposit before travel against minor breakages and damages which will be returned to you upon receipt of the property keys at the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory report from our resort service team).
Please note that a full inventory will be taken before arrival and after departure.

Hello! My name is Steven Bracegirlde, I currently work as in charge crew member on board long haul aircraft flying to all parts of the world, It sounds glamorous but just like any job it does get a little tedious at times! In and out of a suitcase for a start! I am 41 years of age and live in Woking, Surrey. I have worked in customer service roles since leaving school which makes me appreciate customers and the value that each and every customer brings to a business! Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I decided to buy a property on Mallorca because I have a huge affinity with the Island because I used to live and work in Mallorca as a holiday rep quite a few years ago! I know the Island very very well and all that it has to offer, from the best beaches, best country drives, hot spots for a grand night out and of course the resort of Cala D'Or and Cala Egos.

The property itself is situated in a resort area called Cala Egos, Cala D'Or. I believe that a holiday home does not have to be 'basic' in standard as one would find in many resort apartments and hotels which is why I have ensured that the property is furnished to exacting high standard as one would find in the best of 5 star hotels! With all of the furniture being sourced and shipped from the UK and even the United States! I do value in fact that it will be your home too for the duration of your stay! I provide, a hairdryer, beach towels, bathrobes and slippers for your comfort and for your convenience an iron and ironing board and full Sky television channels. I know you'll love the property and its surroundings! many of my guests are repeat guests many onto their 5th visit!
