Prices are per week for up to 4 guests and include all linen, bathroom towels, beach towels, bathrobes & slippers!
Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred change over day, (flexible). With entry to the property from 3pm and departure time on last day is set at noon.

This fabulous apartment is ideal for families and couples alike who are looking for peace and privacy yet only a 'stones throw' from the resort amenities including the many shops, bars and restaurants and not forgetting the famous Marina of Cala D'Or and the beaches of Cala Egos. Many repeat guests can not be wrong!!

Coast/Beach
Cala D'Or literally means 'Coves of gold' and here you will find many golden sandy beaches the nearest being 'D'es Pou beach' which is around a 5 minute walk from the property.
Golf
For golf enthusiasts there are two nearby golf courses which offer daily rates (subject to handicap being held). Val D'Or golf is around 15 minutes drive away and the Golf and spa resort 'Club Son Antem' is around a 25 minute drive.
Travel
Cala D'Or is located on the South East coast of the island of Mallorca and the journey time from Palma airport is around 50 minutes.
Distances
Palma City is around 1 hour's drive and boasts fabulous shopping and it's famed cathederal is a must for architectural and cultural lovers.

Beach towels are provided in the property for your use during your stay.
Booking notes
20% (deposit on reservation with the total balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. It is necessary to collect a £200 deposit before travel against minor breakages and damages which will be returned to you upon receipt of the property keys at the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory report from our resort service team).
Please note that a full inventory will be taken before arrival and after departure.
