Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Deposits: Third of the rental cost or a £250 non-refundable deposit (whichever is the greater) is required to secure your booking, this will be deducted from your total cost of booking. 12 weeks before your holiday begins the balance is due. £250 damage deposit. Arrival time - after 3pm, departure time - 11am

Changeover day
Changeover date is flexible. Departure time is 11am and arrival time is after 2pm. However, flexiblity depending on arrival times of incoming guests, luggage can be left whilst the apartment is being prepared.

Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
Air - conditioning is in all rooms. However, if the patio doors and front door are open at the same time this creates a wonderful breeze.
Walking through the manicured gardens, (where children can play) through the gates to the beach there is a childrens playground for little ones. Two waterparks, Go Karts and the excellent show Pirates Adventure are 3 minutes drive away. The apartment is ideally suited to 5 golf courses. Three at Santa Ponsa, Poniente, and Bendinat. Also 10 minutes drive is the exclusive Portals Marina, with designer shops, multi-million pound boats and a wonderful selection of restaurants.
Change the scene and drive 10 minutes to the quaint Mallorquin villages of Calvia and Capdella. Walking holidays are extremely popular as there are great walks and amazing views through the Tramuntana mountains.
Quaint coves are 2 minutes away, Cap Falco and the three picturesque bays of Portal Vells.
If you fancy a flutter the casino is 2 minutes drive. A sports centre.

Amenities/Facilities provided

Outside
The shared pool is surrounded by lawns and terrace. Fixed seating is around the pool. Two fold away loungers are available in the flat for the pool area, 2 camping chairs and 2 folding chairs are available for your use on the beach or by the pool.
The terrace is beautifully furnished with plants and teak furniture, seating for six. One whicker lounger.
There is a wonderful childrens play area at the back of the beach.

Coast/Beach
The beach is 20 yards through the beautifully manicured lawns. Cap Falco beach is a 10 minute walk and Magalluf beach is a 20 minute walk or 1 minute in a car. Mallorca is surrounded by the most beautiful white sandy beaches offering a large range of watersports. Visit Portals Vells, 3 picturesque sandy coves in an idyllic setting.

Golf
An excellent location for golfers. The nearest course Poniente is two minutes drive. Santa Ponsa Country Club is 5 minutes and has three excellent courses. The Royal Bendinat Golf is 10 minutes. 64 greens looked after with tender loving care and waiting for you to come and enjoy a splendid day of golf. The many well equipped facilities coupled with an impeccable environment will let you enjoy this sport more than any other place.

Travel
Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 25 minute drive. Car hire is not essential but I feel that the island has so much to offer it is a shame not to see it. Car hire is only 20 euros a day. However, the Calvia Taxi service is extremely efficient.

Distances
There are 2 supermarkets one minute walk from the apartment. The Casino of Mallorca is just a two minute drive to Sol De Mallorca where the King of Spains sister lives.
Puerto Portals the exclusive marina a ten minute drive, offering a wonderful ambience of eating al fresco. The capital of Mallorca Palma is an exciting and vibrant city. The architecture is marvellous dominated by its amazing cathedral. The old town of La Llonja is a very popular destination for dining at night and visit Abaco

Further details
From the beach, there are 2 supermarkets, two minutes walk and a range of restaurants. Hotel Cala Vinas also offers many facilities. Banks are located in the lively resort of Magalluf which is a 3 minute drive away. This resort offers a range of nightlife and family entertainment and restaurants, Tom Browns restaurant is recommended for good value and good food. There is also a large sports centre, offering clay tennis courts, outdoor pool, and large gymnasium, as a tourist you are a welcomed guest. Prices are very reasonable.
Marineland for children is a superb day out, 10 minutes by car. Pirates Adventure Show, is a must for the whole family, the Go-Kart track and two Water Parks are all only 3 minutes drive away.
Horse riding can be arranged in the Mallorquin village of Calvia.

Third of the cost of the rental is required to secure your booking . No bookings are confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance to be received 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking (whichever is sooner).
