Due to the spacious living area this property can easily accomodate two couples or a family. With the extra small internal bedroom providing a camp bed or collapsible cot. A small fabric highchair clips onto a table if required.

Outside
The apartment has a large double terrace with dining table, 6 chairs and stunning views. There are two entrances which gives easy access to the beach, Puerto Portals Marina and Portals Nous Village. There is a lift to all floors.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beach of Portals Nous which can be viewed from the apartment is within 5 minutes walk. This is patrolled by a life guard between 9.30 & 6pm. There are toilets and freshwater showers on the beach and a snack bar. A very good restaurant is situated just above the beach and a beach bar further along the beach from where fantastic sun sets can be enjoyed.
Golf
There are many fine golf courses nearby with Bendinat championship course within 3 miles.
Travel
Palma airport is 15-20 mins drive, by taxi the cost is approx 30 Euros. Given the array of local amenities a car is not necessary, however for those who want to explore the island, car hire is available in Portals Nous Village or by arrangement with the owners.
Distances
The Historic City of Palma is ten minutes drive away approx 20 Euros by taxi. Here you will find the World Famous Cathedral along with a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
Further details
This apartment is ideal for those of you who want to leave your driving license at home and enjoy a relaxing beach holiday with everything on your doorstep. Leaflets detailing other local activities can be found in the apartment for your use, these include sailing, wind surfing, tennis, horse riding, cycling and walking.
Booking notes
A 25% confirmation deposit is required at the time of booking. Full value of rental due 4 weeks before occupation date. The 25% booking deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout subject to no damage/losses. The apartment is booked from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning, however we endeavour to be flexible on this.
