Notes on accommodation
The studio is separate from the main house, it has a seperate entrance and access to the shared pool and enjoys its own sunny furnished terrace. Sunloungers by the pool are available for the guests of the studio.
There is air-conditioning and central heating.
Accessibility
There are a number of steps leading to the house therefor it is not for people who would find that a problem.
Outside
The large pool (10 x 4 m) is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and dining table and provides fantastic views to the sea and rocky coast.
It is surrounded by a tropical garden.
Coast/Beach
It is a short drive either to Deia which has a beautiful rocky beach or Port de Soller with its sandy beach and seaside restaurants.
Golf
The next golf course is 15 minutes away.
Travel
It is approximately 40 minutes to Palma de Mallorca International airport. Public transport is limited therefore it is best to hire a car. This can be arranged at favourable rates.
Distances
It is a short drive to either Deia or Soller or Port de Soller, about 4.5km.
Further details
The north-west coast is well known as one of the prettiest parts of the island. A short drive along the coast will take you into Deia, a charming artists' village with many restaurants and bars. The area is also famous for walking.
