Located in stylish Puerto Portals, Mallorca. Access beyond the communal pool and gardens directly to the port with restaurants, bars and shops. A superb beach and other attractions such as Marine Land are only a short walk away. Several golf courses are within a short drive away. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has double and twin bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, shower room, kitchen and a dining area on the large terrace. The terrace features sliding glass windows which can either enclose or open out the terrace area. The views from the terrace are of the garden and pool area, with the port just beyond. Air conditioning can be used either for cooling or heating. This is a spacous 85 square metre apartment being the same size as some of the three bedroomed properties in this block.
