A superb beach and other attractions such as Marine Land are only a short walk away. Several golf courses are within a short drive away. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has double and bedroom with twin bunk/single bed, lounge, bathroom, shower room, kitchen and a dining area on the large terrace. The terrace features sliding glass windows which can either enclose or open out the terrace area. The views from the terrace are of the garden and pool area, with the port just beyond. Air conditioning can be used either for cooling or heating. This is a spacious 85 square metre apartment being the same size as some of the three bedroom properties in this block.
