Inside the Villa is a separate bathroom with bath, shower curtains, toilet, bidet, washbasin and washing machine.

Outside
The garden offers plenty of sunshine and shade for those that seek it. There are panoramic sea views from the roof terrace the island of Mallorca (Majorca) can be seen in a distance on a clear day. There is a beautiful cliff top viewpoint 100 yards from the Villa; there are outstanding sea and cliff views all around Cala ‘n Porter.
Coast/Beach
The beach is just a 10 minute stroll away. The cliff walks are 100 yards.
There are also some local short cliff trails to sea suitable for diving and good swimmers.
Also access to cales covas historical cave necropolis for amazing swimming and snorkeling without waves and much current in surreal shaded surroundings.
Golf
Son Parc - 20 mins drive.
Travel
All the many facilities of the centre of Cala ‘n Porter - shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants - and its lovely sandy beach are just a 10 minute stroll away, the airport and capital of Mahon is a 10 to 12 minute drive by car or taxi.

Sant Climent 4 miles, Alaior 6 miles, Mahon 7 miles.
Monte Toro 15 mins drive and Cala Galdana and Mitiana about 20 mins drive.
Local bus from Cala'n Porter to San Clemente and Mahon.
Further details
Cala‘n Porter is the most established resort in the island conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Mahon, there is also good accessibility to the whole of the island. There are many ancient monolithic caves scattered all over the island.
