Villa Nicole is a garden apartment, is situated in a quiet road less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and local transport facilities, so a hire car is not essential. There are many attractive walks very close to the front door. All household equipment is provided.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Nicole is situated in a residential street, the apartment is approached by its own gate and entrance. Inside it is light and airy and offers a high standard of spacious holiday accommodation for a couple, with a child and or baby.
All on ground level, it comprises an entrance hall, separated from the attractive and comfortable living room by two arches, open-plan, fully fitted kitchen with dining area, double bedroom and bathroom. Outside there is a pretty patio area equipped for alfresco living, which joins up with a terraced garden.
A baby bed and buggy and high chair are available.
Electric radiators are available in every room, plus a gas fire in sitting room, for winter lets. Fans available in the summer months.

A car is not entirely essential but parking is available outside the house.
Most facilities are within walking distance and a ride on the vintage tram, which trundles back and forth between the Puerto and the historic town of Soller, will connect you with the old Palma train and several bus services.

Soller is the nearest town which is a 10 min drive away. Soller is one of the most attractive small towns in Mallorca situated in a beautiful mountain area at the end of the Soller orange valley. It is close to other towns of interest eg Deia, Valldemosa and Fornalutx.
The attractive and famous tram takes 20min from Port to Soller.

Puerto de Soller is a charmingly old-fashioned beach resort, which nestles at the end of a fertile valley and is surrounded by the pine-clad mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana. The horseshoe shaped bay of golden sand is a natural haven for sunlovers and promenaders alike, and it is within a few minutes walk of this wonderful setting that 'Villa Nicole's Garden Apartment is to be found.

Would thoroughly recommend this property and Port Soller to couples or families, everything was excellent. Particularly impressed with how close to the seafront bars/restaurants we were and yet far enough away not to be 'on top' of it but still have total peace and quiet in a pleasant road nearby (and no hills!). There's even a park / football area very close where you can go for an evening jog with some of the locals. Owners couldn't be friendlier or more helpful and had just about everything you could need in the apartment even a flask to take coffee to beach, beach mats, sun umbrella and straw hats for the day, games videos books and TV for the evening. Also BBQ was very handy. June 2008 John and Yvonne.
My husband and I have been coming to Villa Nicole for 5-6 years. It has been our sanctuary during a busy time in our lives, running a pub. The appartment is like a second home. everything you need is there, it is comfortably furnished. Joy and John.
