It is situated in a 2,000 sq.m. plot in a sensational position on a hillside overlooking almond orchards and down a wooded valley to the sea. There are four large terraces leading off the main rooms. The shared pool is 2/3 minutes' walk from the villa. It is lovely, well maintained and with a beautiful view across almond orchards to the village which is ten minutes' walk away. There is excellent swimming from beaches and rocks, the closest being a 6km. drive from the villa.

Outside
The bedrooms and living room lead onto or overlook the three south facing large terraces and garden. The kitchen leads onto a east facing terrace. There are lie-abouts, hammocks, garden and dining chairs and two dining tables on the different terraces, one under cover. There is also an outside shower. The swimming pool is 10x5m. It is located in a sheltered position, is not overlooked and is shared between 7 houses nearby. Tenants' use of the pool is not covered under the insurance for the villa.
Coast/Beach
The closest sandy beach is a 6km drive but there are many other sandy and rocky beaches in the vicinity.
Golf
Excellent golf course at Santa Ponsa 10 minutes drive away.
Travel
Palma Airport is a 30 minute drive away and a hire car is essential. This can be arranged for guests by the owner.
Distances
The village of Capdella is a 10 minute walk away.
Further details
Capdella is a charming and unspoilt village which has two excellent supermarkets and a restaurant/bar which serves delicious food. There is a market in Calvia (4km from the property) on a Monday. The area is well known for walking and riding. There are excellent tennis courts in Calvia and diving, water skiing and sailing facilities in Palma Nova and Andraitx.
