Front line, has wonderful views and direct access to clear swimming water. 4 bedrooms (two of them with spectacular sea views), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite).
Spacious living-dining area and fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. Superb views from the large terrace. The complex has well-cared-for swimming pool and gardens. Very close to excellent restaurants, shops, golf courses, nautic clubs and marvellous sandy beaches. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros.
10% discount on bookings of more than 2 weeks. Please ask for prices in winter rentals, Christmas and Easter. Final cleaning fee: 150 Euros (250 euros for occupancy of 6 or more) payable upon arrival directly to the local person in charge of cleaning services.
Governing Law: This rental is governed by article 3 of the Spanish Act 29/1994.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day: Saturday (other upon request)
Minimum rental period: 1 week.
The apartment is booked from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on departure day. This is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.

Children are always welcome. As the apartment is located front-line, it enjoys a very pleasant sea breeze throughout summer.

Coast/Beach
Apart from enjoying swimming in the apartmentīs cala (an exclusive privilege), there are many beautiful sandy beaches in the surroundings. Camp de Mar, for instance, has a lovely and safe beach, only 5 minutes drive from the apartment. San Telmo beach, with the views to La Dragonera, also deserves a visit, which will not take more than 6 minutes drive. There are many other (Paguera, Santa Ponsa, etc...) in an area of 10/15 kms respectively.
Golf
The golf course of Andratx is only within 5 minutes drive from the apartment. It is a nice 18-hole course, par 72, with all the facilities, including a training school and practising area, set in beautiful surroundings. Additional golf courses in Santa Ponsa are within 15 minutes drive. Mallorca has now more than 15 golf courses.
Skiing
Water skiing facilities 5 minutes walking.
Travel
Nearest international airport at 40 kilometres.
Car hire is recommended for exploring this exceptionally beautiful island, full of surprises and with something for everyone. The apartment is a perfect starting point for many very recommended excursions.
Distances
Palma is only 20 kms.
Famous Puerto Portals, with its fine marina, luxury shops, celebrities and night life is 15 kms (10 minutes drive).
Further details
Port de Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive and privileged resorts in the Mediterranean. There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for watersports. Scuba divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clear and clean, giving long distances of vision.
There are shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, a lot of good restaurants, banks, etc within walking distance from the apartment.
Booking notes
Payments by bank transfer two weeks before the arrival date. 30% in advance when confirming the booking. Please ask for special 10% discount on bookings of more than two weeks.
A breakage deposit of 450 Euros is payable to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday this may be claimed from your travel insurance.
