| Living Rooms: | The villa boasts a light and airy split-level lounge in a sand, beige and cream colour scheme. 2 steps lead up to the open planned dining area situated off the lounge. Lounge doors concertina back allowing access to a terrace at the rear of the property. |

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. The villa has satellite television receiving terrestrial English channels. Wireless internet access is also available.
Outside
The wonderful pool area that serves the villa has a covered entertaining area nearby, ideal for barbecue's. The pool is paved on all four sides, but there is a large grass area to one of these sides. In addition there are also steps leading down to a large grassed area perfect for racket games etc. The pool itself is divided, with a special shallow zone for small children. The beautiful Bay of Pollensa and the spectacular scenery of the surrounding mountains can be seen from any aspect.

Bay of Pollensa 5km. Alcudia 6km.
Travel
Palma Airport 48.5km (35 min drive).
Car Hire, highly recommended.
Distances
The villa is only 5km from the Old town of Pollensa with its picturesque courtyard around the beautiful church and popular Sunday market. The pretty port of Pollensa with its beautiful beach is 8km away. The beach and marina of Alcudia are only 5 km from the property.
Further details
Both Pollensa and Alcudia have an excellent selection of restaurants, shops and a weekly market. The caves of Campanet are 20 minutes away. Pollensa has festivals throughout the year.

About the owner
My wife and I have owned 2 villas on the island for over 6 yrs. In 2006 both villas were completely renovated. We decided to rent out Villa Roxanna shortly after this and more recently we have made Carlota available for rental as well.
We have a young family ourselves (10 yr old Twins and a 4 year old daughter) and therefore know what's important to us when booking a holiday and what elements make a holiday home special. We have tried to bear this in mind when renting the villas and we hope the small details we've added will help to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.
Likewise when we do manage to escape to the villa on our own (not as often as we would like!) we know how important it is to have a peaceful getaway and complete luxury.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
My family have owned a flat in Puerto Pollenca for over 20 years and i have fond memories of spending many of my childhood holidays on the Island.
Therefore when thinking of a holiday home for my own family Pollenca was without a doubt my first consideration. I viewed many properties on the island but in my opinion Villa Roxanna had the most stunning views and location and hence my decision to buy.
Many guests on returning from their stay at Villa Roxanna have commented how the pictures when they booked simply did not do this justice. It really is a very special location with breathtaking views over the bay.
Unique benefits of the property
Likewise the outdoor space is fantastic. The kitchen overlooks the terracing and pool and the outdoor dining area is perfect for lunches and alfresco dining. There is also a webber barbecue, and we have enjoyed many evenings on the terrace with the children still playing in the pool whilst we cook the evening meal.
Internally the villa is contemporary and stylish and Gemma, the lady who looks after the villa for us has the same exacting standards as ourselves and knows how we like the villas maintained through out the year.
She is on hand throughout your stay at villa Carlotta to ensure your holiday in our property is as enjoyable as possible.
