About the owner
The owner of the property has lived in Mallorca since 1970 and works as administrator for community buildings as well as being a licensed estate agent. She is helped in the business with other family members.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The properties were bought with a view to the future. It was all about choice and getting the best out of what Mallorca has to offer. Delightful position, close to amenities, many British friends as well as others of different nationalities belong to many social clubs locally which makes for plenty of opportunity to join in activities and gatherings or simply enjoy solo the beautiful scenery and peaceful natural areas which are so inviting.

This is a holiday, second-home or full-time, all-year-round destination. Properties are situated in ideal positions to take advantage of what is on offer in this respect.
Airport is approx half hour run, shopping in big department stores in town a 20 minute bus ride away, whilst locally the tourist infra-structure is splendid and enjoyment is relatively cheap in comparison to other similar European destinations.
We have a really good back-up system especially thru winter months when many seniors are in residence.
The owner speaks several languages and having lived on the island since she was young, is very knowledgeable about local customs, culture, infra-structure etc.
