Changeover day
Preferred changeover day are Friday or Saturday during summer time, But some apartments are flexible.
Any day during the winter months.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments have fans in each room and a heater for colder evenings. The apartment is suitable for both couples and families a like. This apartment is found to be in a very popular location, as it is central for everyones needs.

Accessibility
The Loro Verde studios have good wheelchair access. They are located right on the beach of Palma Nova, with great flat walkways.

Luxor is not Ideal for wheelchair due to the slight incline to the entrance.

Outside
The Luxor apartments offer a large shared pool in well cared for gardens. The balcony has table and chairs for your comfort.

Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately 100 metres away. It is a good size beach offering sun lounges and parasols. It has many water sports on offer, ie. paragliding, pedalos and much much more.

Golf
The resort of Palma Nova is very central for about four golf courses, all within 10-15 minutes drive away. The courses are of a very good standard and very popular. Booking is advisable.

Travel
The nearest airport Palma airport, is approximately 15 minutes drive away.
Car hire is not essential as Palma Nova is very central.

Distances
The nearest town, which is the capital Palma is 15 minutes away. Worth a visit is the beautiful cathedral. Palma is a very historical town. It hold a large market every Saturday. All the cruise liners moor in Palma and many luxury yachts can be seen.

Also only 5 minutes drive away in Marineland where you can see dolphins, seals and other animals. Many shows are available by tours which are well worth visiting, ie Son Amar. Great evening entertainment.

Further details
From the apartment there is a supermarket about 3 minutes walk away. A bank and other local shops are only 100 metres away.

Booking notes
If you require to book please email your required dates. Once we have confirmed they are available, then a booking form will be emailed back to you. Print this off and return it with a deposit. We will confirm it all back to you on receipt of the deposit and booking form. Full payment is due 10 weeks prior to departure. Then 2 weeks prior to departure the keys will be forwarded to you with full apartment details.
