| Other: | The casita is situated on the roof terrace, with beautiful views overlooking Cala Llonga, it has its own seperate access. It also contains a small kitchen area, with microwave, kettle, fridge & TV.This area is not suitable for small children. |

Linen and towels fresh on arrival. If the stay is for more than 7 days, fresh linen and towels will be provided by a maid service. We will also supply extra linen should you require. |

Please note the house would not be suitable for people with mobility problems and the roof area and terrace would not be suitable for small children.

There is a small terrace at the front of the house overlooking the garden with a table & chairs. Beautiful large roof terrace with views over the village, BBQ area, large table & chairs and sunloungers.

Cala Llonga Beach, 10 minutes walk or a few minutes by car. Sol den Serra/Amante Beach Club within walking distance or a few minutes by car.
Lots of beautiful beaches on the East and North coastline within 10/20 minute drive.

Casa Mimosa is approx. 5 minutes to Roca Llisa Ibiza Golf.
Travel
Casa Mimosa is approx. 20 mins from Ibiza Airport.
Booking notes
All bookings require 50% rental cost deposit, by bank transfer within 7 days of booking. Balance of rental & £300 security deposit by bank transfer 4 weeks prior to arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure into your bank account.
