Changeover day
The changeover day is Friday in 2008 and Saturday in 2009. We ask guests to arrive no earlier than 4pm and depart by 11am to allow time for cleaning and preparation for new guests.

Accessibility

Outside
The property is situated behind high gates in a very secluded and peaceful area. The pool is very private and surrounded by a large terrace and garden area with barbecue. There is a large selection of sun loungers and outdoor eating tables and chairs with parasols.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approximately 10 minutes drive. There are many sandy beaches, very appropiate for children, near by. Alternatively also 10 minutes drive away is an excellent water sports club where guests can enjoy, scuba diving, water skiing, parascending etc.
Golf
Golf is available on the island and is approximate 30 mins drive away.
Travel
Airport - Mahon, approximately, 10 minutes drive from the villa, although the villa is not under any flight path.
Car Hire is highly recommended.
Distances
The villa is situated in Trebelugar where there is an excellent local supermarket. Just 5 mins drive away is the town of San Luis offering a good selection of shops and restaurants and also the picturesque harbour of Es Castell where you can choose to eat at one of the many harbourside restaurants.
Further details
The capital city, Mahon, is only 10 minutues drive away. Here you will find markets, excellent shops and the wonderful harbour and marina, home to many fantastic yachts and powerboats.
Booking notes
50% of the total booking secures confirmation. The remaining 50% balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Car hire can be advised if required. The key is sent 2 weeks before departure.
