Casa Colina is a spacious 3 bedroom villa with large open plan living rooms. Only five minutes walk from the S'Albufera Lake it is surrounded by glorious countryside and has far-reaching views right across the Nature Reserve and beyond. Situated 3 minutes drive from the lovely horse-shoe shaped beach at Es Grau it is ideally placed for families with children as well as couples wanting a bit of solitude. It is also perfect for nature lovers and bird watchers as this area is renowned as a stop-over for migrating birds. The walks around this area are wonderful, and Mahon, the beautiful capital is only ten minutes by car.

Changeover day
Changeover day is always Friday during the season, however we can sometimes be a bit more flexible in September and October.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has its own private terrace, double bed and an en-suite. Bedroom two has twin beds. Bedroom three can be made up as a double or twin and has an en-suite. |

| Kitchen: | Light and airy well equipped kitchen includes microwave, brand new gas cooker and hob, two fridge/freezers and washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | the living area is large and open plan, offering two separate seating areas and a spacious dining area. There is a TV with Sky and a DVD player (please bring your own favourite films). The main sitting area has a lovely wood-burning fire. |

The villa is cleaned and all beds made up prior to your arrival. All linen and bathroom towels are supplied and, for stays of two weeks, will be changed mid-stay. Please bring your own towels for use at the beach and pool side. |

Notes on accommodation
From the front terrace a graceful archway leads into the living area which is large and open plan with high ceilings, offering two separate seating areas and a spacious dining area. The well equipped kitchen leads off from here and is light and airy. The master bedroom has its own private terrace and an en-suite. Bedroom two has twin beds. Bedroom three can be made up as a double or twin and has an ensuite. The family bathroom is spacious and situated adjacent to bedroom two.
To catch the best sun you should sit on the front terrace in the morning, with views to the lake and the pretty village of Es Grau and in the afternoon and evening on either of the back terraces by the pool from where you can see, across the Nature reserve and beyond, all the way to Monte Toro.
Cots and high chairs are available at a reasonable weekly rate.
Outside
Outside there are patios to the front, rear and side of the villa in order to catch the best of the sun throughout the day! The pool is very private and not overlooked.
Coast/Beach
Casa Colina is only 3 kilometres away from Es Grau with its gorgeous horseshoe shaped bay of shallow water, exceptionally safe for younger children, wonderful café on the beach.
Travel
Airport 15 minutes.
Ferry Port (Mahon) 10 minutes.
Ferry Port (Ciutadella) 50 minutes.
Car hire is essential - we can organise car hire for you at very reasonable rates.
Distances
Es Grau (restaurants, cafes, beach bar, well stocked shop) five minutes drive.
Mahon (beautiful capital city with very good shopping, restaurants, internet cafe and supermarkets 10 minutes drive.
Further details
Casa Colina is only 3 kilometres away from Es Grau with its gorgeous horseshoe shaped bay of shallow water, exceptionally safe for younger children. Tere are excellent restaurants and the café/bar on the beach. Here you will also find the small but well stocked shop which caters for most needs. For further or more sophisticated shopping Mahon, the beautiful capital, is only ten minutes drive away.
Menorca has many entertainments, including diving schools, equestrian centres, water parks, a zoo, glorious beaches, and a golf course. Because the Island is not very large nothing is very far away. It only takes about an hour to drive right across the Island to the west coast where you will find the lovely city of Ciutadella. For those with an interest in history the Island is fascinating, with many museums and numerous monuments. Actually Menorca has been compared to an 'open air museum' with entrance to these structures usually being free and uncontrolled. In 1993 the Island was declared a Biosphere reserve by UNESCO.

A deposit of 25% will be payable on booking. The balance will be due by eight weeks before your holiday. We hold a £200 damage deposit.
