Es Canutells is approximately 10 kms from Mahon airport.

Outside
The villa has its own private, sheltered front terrace which catches the morning sun. At the rear of the property is another private terrace and long sloping lawn. This has afternoon and evening sunshine and is furnished with table, chairs and sunloungers. There is a stone built barbeque, making it the perfect setting for al fresco meals!
There is also extensive open green communal space within the development, which consists of a number of high quality villas.
Coast/Beach
The local beach of Es Canutells can be reached on foot. This is a small, uncommercialised beach with one beach bar/restaurant which serves excellent fish! There are numerous additional beaches and coves within easy driving distance.
Travel
The villa is a short drive from Mahon airport. A taxi would cost in the region of Euros 15, if you did not wish to hire a car at the airport. Although there are local amenities accessible by foot, a car is recommended to make the most of your stay. There is a car hire centre in Es Canutells itself.
Distances
The nearest sizeable village is San Climent, a few kilometres from Es Canutells, where there are several excellent restaurants. A taxi from Es Canutells to San Climent would cost in the region of Euros 10. Mahon itself is also a short drive away, and well worth a visit. It has good shopping facilities and many fine restaurants.
Further details
There is a small local shop within walking distance, and a good sized supermarket within a short drive.
