It lies in an elevated position on the Costa Canyamel close to beaches and golf courses, fishing port, hill villages and natural parks. It has its own private pool set in a large terrace with covered barbecue and outside dining area overlooking the bay.

Notes on accommodation
The double bedrooms have either air-conditioning or a ceiling paddle fan. Other rooms have free standing fans. There is oil fired central heating throughout. We also have a large reserve water tank which is a bonus, as in high summer regular water flow can be a problem on the island.

Outside
There is a roof sun terrace with absolutely amazing views and also a large swimming pool/barbecue terrace with kidney shaped private swimming pool and covered outside dining area and an outdoor shower. Sunbeds - four of wood construction with deep cushions - the rest light and easier to move. There is a traditional built in barbecue and another free standing. Also an outdoor fridge. Most bedrooms have a balcony/terrace with views of the bay and further inland.
Coast/Beach
Casa Margarita overlooks the bay. The nearest small beach and restaurant is 3-5 mins drive. Canyamel village and resort with a large sandy beach, tennis courts, bars and very reasonably priced restaurants is approx. 5 mins drive. Cala Rajada a fishing port (and ferries to Menorca) with a promenade,excellent shopping, nightlife, good bars and restaurants etc is approx 10-15 mins drive.
Golf
Four golf courses within 15 mins drive. Pula Golf:18 holes(6.003m) par71. Capdepera Golf Club Roca Viva: 18 holes (5919-6284m) par72. Canyamel Golf Club: 18 holes(6.080m) par73, Golf Son Servera: 9 holes (2978m) par72. All have excellent facilities and good restaurants.
Travel
Palma International airport is approx 1 hrs drive. Car hire is strongly recommended.

Nearest village Canyamel approx. 2.5 miles. Capdepera and Arta approx 5 miles. Cala Rajada approx 8 miles.
Further details
Public tennis courts, bars, restaurants and beach snacks, bank and small supermarkets in Canyamel. Large supermarket, hill top castle and weekly market in Capdepera. Boat hire, diving centre, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, shops, ferries etc in Cala Rajada. Large weekly market, shopping, hill top cathederal in Arta. Large areas of Natural parkland and many small coves are close by.

A Booking deposit of £200 pw. is required. 1st payment: 50% of remaining rental payable 3 months in advance. The final 50% 2 months in advance. A returnable security deposit £200 is payable 2 weeks before arrival.
