It comprises of a pleasant lounge/dining room which is lovely and light and is south facing. We are located in a quiet street around a ten minute walk to the bars shops and restaurants.

There is a gated entrance to villa and also a separate gate from terrace to pool for the safety of small children. The pool area has a full size patio table and 6 chairs also 6 sunbeds. The BQ area is located at the rear size of the property, with a built in table and seating area.
Coast/Beach
The distance to the beach from the villa by car is only a 2 min drive. If walking it is about 10-15mins depending on each person. There are cafes and a beach shop located opposite the lovely sandy beach perfect for small children to play, and mums and dads to relax.
Golf
There is a 18 hole golf course located in the north of the island in the resort of Son Parc about a 30min drive away, It is open to non residents also.
Travel
The distance from Mahon airport to the villa on the resort of Calan Porter is about a 15min drive. Mahon town is about 15-20mins drive or local buses run hourly from resort into town. Hiring a car is a must to take full advantage of this beautiful island.
Further details
There are 2 large supermarkets located on resort. There is also a bank and ATM machine located in the centre of Cala'n Porter, near to all of the restaurants and bars. There is a couple of souvenir shops to choose from also.

A non refundable deposit of £200 is required on booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Payment details will be provided on enquiry.
