Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week and include cleaning. There are no additional charges. Discounts for rentals of more than 2 weeks. Special prices can be arranged for long term winter rentals.
Changeover day
Saturday changeover during June - September. Otherwise can be flexible. Short breaks available at seasonal daily rate. Arrival after 3.00pm, departure not later than 10am unless by prior arrangement.

Outside
This is a small hillside development with very few steps down to the apartment and with allocated parking. The shared swimming pool is large and surrounded by a sun bathing area with loungers and chairs. There is a poolside shower and delightful views of the mountains.
Coast/Beach
It is a 10 minute walk down to the fishing port and clean sandy beaches. Very suitable for children. Yacht club, marina, dinghy water sports and boats for hire. There are many excellent restaurants and bars around the harbour and also gift shops.
Golf
The island is known for its numerous golf courses, the nearest being the famous San Termens Golf, about 20 minutes away.
Travel
Cheap early bird flights available from most UK airports. It is 30 km or 35 minutes drive to Puerto Soller from airport. Car hire is available at the airport although pre-booking is advisable to avoid delays. Taxis to Puerto de Soller approx. 45 euros. There is also the famous Edwardian electric railway train to Soller town, from Palma, journey 1 hour. A car is not essential but useful for day trips and can be hired locally.
Distances
Puerto de Soller is ideally positioned to explore the famous mountain villages of Deia, Fornalutx, Valdemossa and Biniaraitx. The town of Soller (3 km inland) is about 10 minutes by car or by San Francisco style tram from the port.
Further details
Puerto Soller, with its perfect semi-circular bay, is one of the only harbours on the North coast of Mallorca. The old fishing port, where you can still buy fish fresh from the boats in the morning, is backed by seafood restaurants and bars. The clean sandy beach has sun loungers, pedallos etc for hire. The main square in Soller, the nearby pictureque Moorish inland town, is a regualar meeting place for coffee, croissant and people watching. Daily market with local produce. Cycle hire available. Specialist shops for walkers. Several fiesta's, check local press. Banks, pharmacies & supermarkets available in both villages.

We had a wonderful holiday in Port Soller. We have stayed in apartments in France, Spain & Portugal... your apartment is up there with the best. Fabulous mountain views... private balcony... large cool high ceilings in bedrooms... slept in large comfy beds, massive wardrobes..fans in all rooms... high pressure shower with ample hot water... comyfy seating and satellite TV in lounge... good sized swimming pool... walking distance of shops and restaurants... no traffic noise!
