Front line apartment with open plan living area leading out to the sun/dining terrace with electric canopy, over looking the ocean, and stairs to the large upper roof terrace with panoramic views of both the ocean and the marina of Port Adriano. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen off the living area. Both bedroom have access to the lower terrace and stunning views. There are 2 bathrooms one of which is an en-suite. There are 2 pools set in the beautiful grounds of the complex with sun loungers available. Both overlook the sea front. There is also a secure underground car park. A short walk away you will find a sandy beach, shops and restaurants. Only a 5 min drive away drive away you will find the resorts of Santa Ponsa and Magaluf with their large fine sandy beaches, Aqua Parks (2) , Go-Karts, An Ocean Park, Pirates Theatre, and a Mini Golf course. There are also a huge variety of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shops to suit all tastes and budgets.

Notes on accommodation
The complex is a secure gated community suitable for young families and elderly members. There is a secure underground car parking with one space allocated to the apartment. This is a non smoking property.
Outside
On the lower terrace is a 6 seater table and 6 chairs for dining plus an electric sun canopy for shade. On the roof terrace there is another large table and 6 folding chairs plus 4 sun loungers. The large communal pool area is also equipped with sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach of Port Adriano is only a 5 min walk away. The larger sandy beaches of Santa Ponsa, Magaluf and Palma Nova are a 5-10 min drive away. There are lots of small inlets and coves scattered along the southern coast of Mallorca.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses in Santa Ponsa only a 5 min drive away. There are many others in the near vicinity.
Travel
Palma airport is 25 min drive away. A taxi will cost approx €40. There is a regular bus service to Santa Ponsa and Magaluf from near the complex entrance.
Distances
Palma town is 20 mins drive. Santa Ponsa is a 5 min drive. Magaluf is a 10 min drive. Andtrax is a 15 min drive.
Further details
A mini supermarket, bank, hairdresser, bakery, bar, cafe, restaurant all can be found a short walk away from the complex.
Booking notes
Booking can be done by email or telephone. 40% will be charged to confirm the booking and the remaining 60% will be due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. A deposit of €150 will be held against any damages.
Funds can be paid by bank transfer or by cheque. All prices include linen and towels. Cleaning can be arranged separately at €15 an hour. Long term rentals can be negotiated separately.

It was just perfect in every respect for us.The apartment was beautiful and so tastefully decorated and furnished.The two patio areas were amazing and the views to die for.I used to get up..sometimes at two in the morning and just wander out on to the patio and look out to sea and watch the boats in the harbour and the stars in the sky and it was stunning.Your apartment was spotlessly clean and we appreciated so much the 'welcome pack' of food that was waiting for us.Beth was amazing.
