Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Odd days will be charged prorata of the weekly price. 25% deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A cheque for £100 is required against breakages, returnable at the end of the holiday and all breakages must be paid for. Discounts available for bookings of 3 weeks or more.

Outside
The apartment has its own private outside area with table and chairs. There is access to a small outside area from one bedroom with extendable clothes lines if required. The pool is 11 x 5m and is 1.15m minimum depth with steps leading into the shallow end. The deep end is 2.20m with chrome steps on one side.There is a paved area with sun loungers adjacent to the pool for the exclusive use of our guests.
Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to the harbour. 15 minutes walk to the Cala Marcel beach, a large sandy beach with all the normal facilities. Plus 2 small natural beaches on the other side of the harbour.
Golf
Vall D'or 18 hole golf course is only 3 kms away. Clubs, trolleys and buggies can be hired. Vall D'or is a challenging course with stunning views of the coast. There is also an excellent club house with restaurant and large outside terrace where you can enjoy snacks or a meal from the reasonable priced menu with views to the sea and Porto Colom. No membership is required and guests are welcome at any time
Travel
Porto Colom is 45 mins from Palma Airport by car. We can also assist with taxi or car hire if necessary. Car hire is recommended but not essential as a walk into Porto Colom takes only 7/8 mins. However, a hire car will enable you to visit nearby Cala D'Or, the caves of drach in Porto Cristo and many of the excellent beaches on this side of the island
Distances
Cala'dor is 10 mins by car and Porto Cristo less than 20 mins. The town of Manacor is 15 mins away as is Felanitx both of which offers shops and restaurants. Monacor has a railway station with a direct line to Palma which takes just over an hour through the Mallorcan countryside with stops on the way at Inca and Festival Park retail/leisure outlet to name but a few.
Further details
Porto Colom is a quiet family resort on the S.East coast with a variety of bars and restaurants to suit most tastes. 10 min walk to shops,supermarkets and banks having everything necessary for a self catering holiday. Set on the largest natural harbour in Mallorca it is an ideal place for a family holiday, just to unwind, or a base to explore the beautiful island of Mallorca. There is a wind surfing school and watersports in the harbour. Many luxury yachts and cruisers are based in the marina contrasting with the local traditional boats that are still made in Porto Colom. At the north end of Porto Colom is the old town and tiny fishing harbour, truly delightful having retained its ancient, colourful fishermens houses and boat sheds with the lighthouse at the entrance to the harbour. Boat trips around the coast are also available to all during the Summer months. The local tourist office is also only a short walk from the harbour and provides all the information about the area and the island that you may need with special discount vouchers. There is a bus service to Palma all year round and services to Cala D'Or and Porto Cristo during the summer season.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking with the remainder 6 weeks before arrival. A cheque for £100 will be required on arrival against damage or breakages and is returned at the end of stay. As you will appreciate any damage or breakages must be paid for.
