Each wing contains a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and on the ground floor, 1 twin bed room and 1 single with shared bathroom. 10 mins by car from Calas Fonts with it's many harbourside restaurants/bars and 20 mins from Mahon. The beaches of S’Algar and Binibeca are within a 15 mins drive.

Prices based on the occupancy of 10 travelers however our property is available for rent as 3 bedroom (sleeps 6 travelers) as well and the charges can be found bellow:

Generally Friday but we will try to be flexible where possible.
Notes on accommodation
Our Manager in Menorca ensures that the villa is thoroughly cleaned and ready for guests arrival. Sorry, no pets.
Outside
Parking for 2 cars, sun loungers for 10, brick built BBQ, patio furniture.separate area with tiled table seating 10 under fig/olive trees.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are within a 15 minute drive.
Travel
Mahon Airport is 20 mins drive, car hire is considered essential and having received 10 years of faultless service from them we recommend:

There is a small well stocked supermarket within walking distance of the villa.
Further details
Linen, bath and hand towels provided, For 2 week lets, bed linen/towels changed weekly.
Beach towels can be ordered from our managers for an additional cost
Booking notes
Cot and high chair hire can be arranged at the time of booking. A deposit of 25% is required to secure booking, with the balance and a £200 breakage deposit due 10 weeks before departure.
