Kitchen - Gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine and microwave.
Living room - Large sitting/dining room with doors to covered terrace, patio and pool, wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player.

Notes on accommodation
Our Manager in Menorca ensures that the villa is thoroughly cleaned and ready for guests arrival. Sorry, no pets.
Outside
Parking for 2 cars, sun loungers for 10, brick built BBQ, patio furniture.separate area with tiled table seating 10 under fig/olive trees.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are within a 15 minute drive.
Travel
Mahon Airport is 20 mins drive, car hire is considered essential and having received 10 years of faultless service from them we recommend:

There is a small supermarket within walking distance of the villa.
Further details
Linen, bath and hand towels provided, please supply own beach towels. For 2 week lets, bed linen/towels changed weekly.
Booking notes
Cot and high chair hire can be arranged at the time of booking. A deposit of 25% is required to secure booking, with the balance and a £100 breakage deposit due 8 weeks before departure.
