Large south facing sheltered terrace with a panoramic view of the Marina and Palma Bay is an ideal trap for autumn and winter sun. The port is directly accessible via a short staircase very close to the apartment. The apartment has just been extensively refurbished to a very high standard and comprises a comfortable living/dining area with satellite TV (ITV, BBC & UK Radio stations) DVD/Video player and CD/Cassette player. Newly fitted kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven with granite worktops throughout. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom/wc with patio doors to the terrace. Twin bedroom, with adjacent shower room/wc. The apartment has independently controlled air conditioning/heating to all living rooms. All rooms have ceiling fans. Silver point has a large communal swimming pool and attractive surrounding area with sun beds, chairs, tables, umbrellas and shaded areas.

Outside
Large south facing sheltered terrace with a panoramic view of the Marina and Palma Bay is an ideal trap for autumn and winter sun. It has 2 loungers, 2 reclining deck chairs a circular dining table with 4 chairs. The Marina is directly accessible via a short staircase very close to the apartment. Silver point has a large communal swimming pool 20x10m, with 2 paddling pools and attractive surrounding area with sun beds, chairs, tables, umbrellas and shaded areas.

Coast/Beach
Descend the 35 steps just outside the apartment door and within two minutes can be relaxing and people-watching over a drink at Cappuccino or Wellies where King Juan Carlos has often enjoyed breakfast when moored in the marina. A 5 min walk through the marina, takes you to the beautiful Portals Nous beach. There you can hire a sunbed and enjoy the soft white sand that gently slopes into a protected bay. Ideal for all ages.

Golf
Puerto Portals is exceptionally well placed for golf. Bendinat Golf Club is just five minutes away, with the three courses at Santa Ponsa (home of the Balearic Open), and Poniente Golf Club within 7km. Travel
Palma airport is approx 15km away and a motorway runs from it to within ½ mile of Puerto Portals. Palma is a 10 min taxi drive away. The ferry terminal is also in Palma. Car hire is recommended to see the rest of the island. Within 300m of the flat are a laundry/dry cleaner, hairstylist, car hire and Taxi rank A five-minute walk is the village of Portals Nous for supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, DVD rental, pharmacy and medical and dental surgeries.

Further details
Spectacular Sightseeing. A 20 min drive will bring you to the base of the dramatic mountains where you will begin the ascent to Valldemossa, a lovely village set in the valley. The newly opened Hotel Valldemossa has an excellent restaurant and panoramic views from every room and terrace. The monastery there once was home to Chopin and his lover George Sand. A new museum chronicling these events has just opened, funded by Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones who have a home in the nearby village of Deia, found further up the coast road. The view there is spectacular. Located there are a variety of delightful Mallorquin restaurants, including Hotel La Residencia, once owned by Richard Branson. These routes are best undertaken off-season. Continue along the dramatic coast road for approx 7km to Soller and you will come across a sign 'Restaurante Bens D’Avall' Follow this to one of the finest restaurants in Europe. Dining is on a terrace overlooking an unspoilt cove, with a backdrop of majestic mountains.
