Accessibility
The apartment is on the 2nd (top) floor in the block, and is reached by a staircase (apx 24 steps).

Patio furniture (table and chairs) are provided on the balcony. Secure gated car park spaces are also provided.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is opposite the 'little beach' in Santa Ponsa, known for its tranquil setting, or 10 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa main beach. The beach is clean and sunbeds are available. 15 min walk to shops, restaurants, regular entertainment and water sports.

Golf
Only 5 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa Golf and Country Club, which has 2 x 18 hole courses. There are also plenty of other renowned courses locally.

Travel
20 minutes by car/taxi from Palma Airport.

Distances
Palma is 20 mins drive (apx 40 euros taxi). The exclusive Puerto Portals is about 10 mins (apx 20 euros taxi). Water parks are approx 10 mins drive (apx 20 euros taxi). 2 local golf courses are 5 mins drive (apx 10 euros taxi).

Further details
Only 15 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa town with supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops. The main bus station and taxi rank is in central Santa Ponsa at the end of the road (800mts).
