The villa's have walls all round creating a safe enviroment for children and each villa consists of 2 twin bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen and lounge/diner. The villas can be rented separately or together.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday. We can arrange bed and breakfast for different days and are more flexible at the beginning and end of season.

Notes on accommodation
The villas are maintained and cleaned to an extremely high standard. The swimming pool is also cleaned twice weekly. The properties are suitable and safe for young children and the elderly.
Outside
Large private pool and sunbathing terraces, 4 sunbeds, table and chairs with parasol and barbeque for each villa.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to large sandy beach.
Golf
A golf course is approx half an hours drive.
Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 10 minutes (13km) by taxi and cost approx 15 euros. Car hire is not essential, but ask owner for further details if required.
Distances
Villas are close to all amenities in Cala en Porter. Mahon is 10 minutes drive. There is a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and excellent selection of shops, banks etc. The fish and vegetable market are well worth a visit and a walk along the Port of Mahon should not be missed.
Further details
There are many different restaurants in Cala En Porter catering for every need. Many supermarkets selling Spanish and English products. Exchange facilities and a bank. The bus stop is approx 50 yards and a farmacy and medical facilities are 2 minutes walk. In the evenings live entertainment is provided at various local establishments that cater for adults and children alike.
