Detached villa situated on a very small private complex,being just a couple of minutes walk to the sea front. Modern furnishings throughout yet maintaining a Spanish feel. Open plan lounge/dining room with doors leading off onto the terrace area. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and all bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. The villa is very well equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a large communal pool positioned next to the villa which is surrounded by an attractive garden area.

Changeover day
Preferred change over day Friday in peak season, although will try to accommodate different change over days where possible. Flexible change over days in low season.
Villa available from 2pm on day of arrival and vacate by 10am on day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for both families and couples, being positioned on a very private and secure small complex.
Keys required to gain access to the complex and then again to the villa grounds.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Please note that we do accept bookings from same sex groups.
We would kindly ask that guests do not smoke within the villa.
The villa has a safe for guests own use.
Outside
There is a small private enclosed garden running all the way round the villa.
Covered terraced area to the front of the property with seating for 5 people.
Two sun loungers for use in the garden area. Further sun loungers for use round the pool. Communal pool (16 x 8m) with separate childrens section within pool. Poolside shower. The complex is very secure for those with young children making it an ideal place to sit and unwind. New for 2012 brick built BBQ.
Coast/Beach
An approx 15 min walk will take you to one of the beaches Cala'n Bosch has to offer, this is a blue flag, family friendly beach with white sand and gentle shelving waters. There is then a 2nd beach which a further 10 minute walk, you will pass various sandy coves before coming to the main beach. Both beaches have a cafe/restaurant. You will also find a wide range of water sports at both of the beaches.
Golf
There is a golf course at Son Parc which is an ideal course for both beginners and experienced golfers, this is an approx 40 minute drive from the villa.
Travel
Flights are available to Mahon from all the UK airports. Companies that regularly go to Mahon are Monarch, Thomas Cook, Fly Thomson, BMI Baby. These start from the beginning of May and run through to the end of October.
The flight time to Mahon is approx 2.5 hours. Once at Mahon airport transfer time to the villa is approx 45 mins. You will always find taxis available at the airport just outside the arrival doors. Once at the villa car hire is certainly not essential.
Distances
A 10 minute bus journey will take you to Ciutadella which is an attractive typical Spanish town, this used to be the old capital of the island, with its cobbled streets, pretty port & historic quarter. Ciutadella also boasts a wide range of interesting shops, restaurants which will cater for everyone. As Menorca is only 30 miles long and 10 miles wide it is very easy to explore the whole island, if you travel along the coastline you will soon find one of the 120 beaches Menorca has to offer.

Cala'n Bosch is a modern resort built around an attractive marina where the "La Plaza" commercial area has lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, chemist, cash machine, boutiques, internet office, scuba diving, car/cycle hire, daily boat trips taking you to some of Menorcas totally unspoilt beaches. Cala'n Bosch also offers great entertainment for the children, there is a soft play area for the younger children, paddling pool, water slides, trampolines/bouncy castles and mini golf. You will also find a water park at Cala'n Bosch where you can go and spend an enjoyable day with all the family. At the start of your holiday why not use the train that will take you round Cap D'Artrutx, Cala'n Bosch and Son Xoriguer which will give you a good opportunity to see the local area.
Booking notes
25% deposit is to be paid at the time of making the booking (which is non-refundable). Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure. For you added peace of mind we do have an English agent looking after the property who can be contacted 7 days a week should you require any assistance during your stay.
£100.00 accidental damage deposit will be required at the time of paying the balance this will be refunded within 1 week of departure pending a satisfactory report from our maintenance team.
