There is a large communal pool, surrounded by gardens,finished with rows of cypress trees and lawns, ideal for sun-bathing or relaxing in the shade favoured spots.
Coast/Beach
The mountains offer great walks for hikers and for the more energetic, mountain biking and climbing. There are also lovely beaches for those who wish to totally chill out and catch the sun. Camp de Mar and St Elm are recommended beaches within 5/10 minutes drive away. The Capital city of Palma is also just 20 minutes away by car or taxi.
Golf
This location is also a fine choice for golfers. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive. There are a further 5 courses within 20 minutes drive offering challenges for all levels of players.
Travel
The apartment is approximately 20 minutes drive from Palma airport/port. No car is required once you are at the property, as all amenities are within easy walking distance.

The harbour side at Port Andratx is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. This is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean.
