Notes on accommodation
The apartment features heating and air-conditioning. Pets are not allowed. 24 hour porter at the main entrance. Non smoking inside.
Outside
The community swimming pool is right at the edge of the sea and has free sun beds. Up one level there is a smaller pool for children. On the rocky areas in front there is direct access to swimming in the sea and areas for sunbathing with straw umbrellas.
By the side of the pool you find the private Zodiac club. For a small fee it is possible to be a short term member and then enjoy their services of late breakfast, lunches, drinks etc.
There is a big tropical mature garden with benches for relaxation.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk away is the beautiful and charming beach of Illetas. Next to the beach you also find the new hot spots, The virtual club .and Las Terrazas For lunches, sun downers, dinners or clubbing in the night.
Golf
Royal Bendinat Golf is only 5 minutes away and is one of the most popular on the island offering an 18 hole par 70 course with spectacular views and a driving range. Available caddy car, hire of clubs, trolley hire, pro shop, lockers, tuition, restaurant, bar and in the summer free of charge classical concerts on the grass. Several other top golf courses within 15 min drive.
Special interest holidays
Next to the apartment, just passing over the rocks in the garden you reach a diving club for taking your license or just to enjoy a day out diving with an instructor.
Travel
Palma airport is 20 minutes away by car. Car hire is not essential but can be arranged. Several hire companies have their offices on the main street. Private parking can be arranged at renters cost. There are 2 public parking lots very close to the apartment.
Distances
The center of Palma is only 10 minutes away. There is a bus service every 30 minutes. The porters can arrange for a cab.
Booking notes
30% non refundable deposit to be received max. 6 days after booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to stay. For last minute bookings the full amount is to be paid prior to arrival.
A 300 euro deposit will be requested as a deposit on the time of key turn over. This money will be returned on leaving day when nothing has been damaged minus 50,00 euros end of stay cleaning fee.
