Alcudia Marina apartment is in one of the best locations on the island of Mallorca. The apartment has just renovated and has quality furnishings and appliances. Overlooking the marina of Port de Alcudia means that with only a few steps, you are at the fabulous beach of Alcudia with its miles of golden sands and clear blue sea, there are a variety of restaurants and shops around the marina and boat trips to various parts of the island across from the apartment. Should you wish to discover the rest of the island Alcudia makes the perfect central point for you travel by boat, by bus or by car. Across from the apartment you can hire boats or go on the ferries to other parts of the island. The apartment has Air-conditioning heating throughout, making it ideal for a summer or winter holiday. All rooms are spacious especially the lounge diner with patio doors that take full advantage of the views. The terrace is large enough for "alfresco" dining as you watch the world go by.

Everything in this apartment is new. All the equipment and furnishings are top quality.
Below the terrace are clothes shops and a pedestrianized promenade. With good restaurants in both directions.

Road access via the rear of the apartment block which is the main entrance.

You are overlooking the beach and the marina. Only seconds walk from the door and you can enjoy miles of golden sands with the most Cristal clear waters. Hire a boat that is moored in front of the apartment or catch the glass bottom ferry.

About the owner
Hi we are Manolo and Antonia the owners of the the Alcudia marina apartment. We have a seafood restaurant called the Cocodrillo, at the Cocodrilo marina in Mal Pas, Bonaire (to the right of the old town of Alcudia).
We hope you enjoy our apartment which is where we hope to spend our retirement. Do come and see us at the restaurant and enjoy our Mediterranean cuisine. Manolo often catches the fish himself.

We take pride in our apartment and have furbished for ourselves. The location is so ideal and we enjoy sitting on the terrace watching the activities in the marina.
Alcudia has everything you could want on your doorstep and within walking distance you are int he countryside.
it is also close enough and far enough away from our restaurant for us to be able to take care of our guests. Or maybe sit and have five minutes peace.
